My hamstring hurts every day now, and I completely know that I am not letting it heal properly. The desire to workout, play football, practice L-Sits...I am stubborn with everything. I do plan on giving it some real recovery time, but not for a couple of weeks. Till then, I still have some things to take care of!
Just got my schedule for my grad classes in the summer, super intimidating. And the summer is only half of what I'm going to have to do starting in the Fall. I'm saying it here and now though, I WILL keep CrossFit going in my life!
